Dream Esteem Cycle (DEC-GH) is a uniquely youth led organization committed to establishing supportive
environments that harnesses and develops the potentials of youth in Ghana to become self-sufficient through their own start-ups and
also, building the capabilities of the youth to seek their dream jobs thereby, giving them an active voice in the governance, leadership and
decision-making processes of their communities in particular and the country as a whole.
We have therefore established a national network of similarly committed young men and women across all the sixteen(16) Regions who are
united by the common belief that, Youth enfranchisement and access to start-up grants is a sure way of empowering the youth to become self-sufficient to roll
out a cycle of their dream jobs and engagements to become responsible and productive citizens.

General Objectives
- To support emerging youth enterprise through career pathways guidance, mentorship and career coaching.
- To empower the youth in acquisition and utilization for their potentials and capabilities and projects incubation.
- To train and encourage young people on entrepreneurship skills cooperate and business networking
- To inspire youth to build social vices free communities and be proactive development agents in the society
- Facilitation of youth in governance and leadership
- To provide a network and consultation service to upcoming youth organizations and other organizations

DEC-GH's mission is to create a supportive platform for the youth to access training, mentorship and capacity building opportunities in order to make them realize their potentials in setting up their own start-up businesses and also enabling them to equally seek their dream jobs thereby, giving them an active voice in the governance, leadership and decision-making processes of their communities in particular and the country as a whole.
